Two-days of obstacle course training with meals and nighttime entertainment included. Start day one at noon by sweating through four 45-minute training sessions in conditioning, running, movement, and technique. Finish up with an obstacle course challenge, dinner at 7 p.m., and evening entertainment.
Start day two bright and early with breakfast at 8 a.m. before tackling four more skill sessions and then try to beat your previous time on the obstacle course. Then enjoy the closing awards ceremonies with awards for the most improved, congeniality, and top three male and female contenders; and the satisfaction of a fast-lane workout.

Day 1- Four sessions of Skills in Conditioning, Running, Movement and Technique. All taught by the best in their fields. Finish with an Obstacle Course challenge like no other!

Day 2- Four more sessions that will build on what you learned on day 1. Then try our obstacle course over again and see how much you've improved! You'll compete against yourself and the other camp attendees because what's an obstacle course without a winner!
